Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Staff Officer to support a DoD client at the Pentagon. This role will serve a dual purpose, providing support to the Chief of Staff as their Deputy, as well as some Action Officer duties. This is a high visibility office supporting a series of cross-agency partners concerned with PNT (Positioning, Navigation, Timing). The entire PNT enterprise runs through our office, which reports into an SES customer directly under the Secretary of Defense. This individual will be providing direct support to a GS-15 level customer and help to develop briefings, talking points, whitepapers and responses to special project requests. They will also help to manage correspondence and complete taskers.

Hourly: 64-73/hr
Salary: $135,000 - $140,000

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience

-Experience providing direct support to GS-15 or higher level executives

-Experience working in a DOD office

-Experience managing taskers, writing briefs and whitepapers, and coordinating inter-agency meetings and working groups

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-CATMS or other task management system experience
-Experience writing briefs or whitepapers
-Background in GPS, PNT (Position Navigation Timing), Space, Aviation, Radar, or Acquisitions
