Job Description

This team is responsible for ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Candidates will be working closely with multiple stakeholders to help present new features going out.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication skills to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics.

- Define and deliver change management strategy that aligns with the project objectives and addresses the impact of the change on the organization
- Identify stakeholders affected by the change and analyze their level of influence on the project
-Conduct a change impact analysis to understand the effects of the change on people, processes, and systems
- Develop a communication plan that outlines how, when, and what will be communicated to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and includes feedback channels to gather input
- Deliver communication for project(s) as needed
- Strategically advise Boeing business leaders in the CM methodology defined by the CMO
- Administer pulse surveys and provide summary analyses to derive key insights for informed decision-making.
- Build a network of change champions or agents within organization who can advocate for the change and support their peers
- Design and organize training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the change
- Evaluate the organizations readiness for change and identify potential resistance to successful implementation
- Implement measures to ensure that the change is sustained over time, including embedding new behaviors and practices into the organizations
- Build and manage stakeholder impact analysis, engagement, and coordination across projects
- Provide training and coaching to Business Leaders, change managers, specialists, CM Community of Practice Leads, and broader local change practitioners

Required Skills & Experience

- 35 years of experience in Change Management or equivalent expertise in Human Resources, Communications, or Project Management.
- Proven track record of leading and championing change management initiatives, including crafting and delivering frequent, clear, and engaging communications tailored to diverse audiences (e.g., staff, clients, stakeholders).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption of change.
- Practical experience in project management to support change initiatives, including:
Defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
Creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinating resources and monitoring milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Core Competencies:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and pivot strategies as needed in a dynamic environment.
Proficient in conducting impact assessments to identify change-related risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
Adept at developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and maximize change adoption.
- Exp. Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
Able to evaluate and monitor a training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Advanced education or certifications in Change Management or related disciplines, such as:
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
PROSCI Change Management Certification (ADKAR model expertise)
Membership or credential from the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).
Relevant Masters degree (e.g., Organizational Development, Business Administration, or Communications).
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for managing and measuring change success, such as organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change effectiveness metrics.
- Experience in highly fluid environments, thriving under shifting priorities and embracing continuous learning and iteration.
- Prior industry experience in Real Estate/Facilities environment
- Experience supporting real estate and planning organizations, including knowledge of zoning regulations, property development processes, and relevant technologies, such as Ariba.
