Job Description

The Level III Change Manager enables successful adoption of organizational changes by applying change methodology across projects and programs, with a strong emphasis on data, metrics, dashboards, and operational delivery. This role translates stakeholder needs and change impact into measurable plans, builds dashboards and reporting to track progress and adoption, and partners with business leaders to advise on change strategy and execution. * Data-driven decision-making and comfortable presenting metrics to senior leaders.

-Collaborative, operationally focused, and delivery-oriented. * Deliver change management using established methodology to facilitate adoption of new behaviors across projects and programs.
- Define and execute change management strategies that align to project objectives and organizational priorities.
- Perform change impact analyses to assess effects on people, processes, systems, and metrics; translate findings into actionable plans.
-Identify and map stakeholders, analyze influence and readiness, and maintain stakeholder impact and engagement artifacts across initiatives.
-Design and deliver communications for projects, including feedback channels and cadence planning.
-Build, maintain, and present dashboards and operational reports to measure program performance, adoption metrics, and ROI; use data to inform decisions and course correction. •
-Administer pulse surveys and other measurement instruments; synthesize results into concise insights and recommendations.
- Advise and coach business leaders and local change practitioners on CM methodology and data-driven decisions.
-Develop and roll out training programs and enablement materials to equip employees and change agents.
-Build and manage a network of change champions to sustain adoption and reinforce new behaviors.
-Identify resistance and readiness gaps; propose and implement mitigation and sustainability measures to embed new practices. -Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution, governance, and operational handoffs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in change management or related roles (Technology, Communications, Project Management) with direct ownership of change activities.
-Demonstrated experience leading change efforts: stakeholder engagement, frequent communications, and measurable adoption initiatives.
- Strong data and analytics skills: experience creating dashboards, metrics, and reports to track adoption and program health.
- Experience conducting impact assessments, identifying risks, and developing mitigation plans.
-Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Comfortable coaching leaders and enabling local practitioners.
- Proactive problem-solver who identifies risks early and drives mitigation
- Operates independently on medium to large initiatives; escalates complex or enterprise-level decisions as appropriate.
-Provides tactical leadership and hands-on delivery while contributing to broader change capability improvements.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Change management certifications or credentials (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, ADKAR, ACMP). •
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced analytics). -Prior experience building or operating change management dashboards and operational reporting in a large enterprise.
