Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst III to support a leading media organization’s data quality and rights management platforms. This role partners closely with business users, technical leads, and offshore development teams to ensure accurate data capture and seamless system usage across the organization. The Business Analyst III will manage requirements for a SaaS based data quality tool that supports content acquisition, user onboarding, and ongoing data management initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands core business analysis fundamentals, thrives in Agile environments, and excels at serving as the connective tissue between users, leadership, and technical teams. Media or entertainment experience is highly valued, along with the ability to listen to user challenges and translate them into effective, scalable solutions.
• Serve as the primary Business Analyst supporting a SaaS data quality and rights management tool
• Partner with business units and Product Managers to gather, define, and document requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications
• Lead planning and prioritization sessions; maintain and manage a prioritized backlog
• Facilitate discovery, requirements, testing, and deployment activities across the SDLC
• Act as the liaison between business users, technical leads, and offshore developers
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing and quality assurance efforts
• Monitor business strategy changes and assess downstream system impacts
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and user guides; deliver end-user training
• Investigate, resolve, and escalate issues while maintaining ownership and urgency
• Support Scrum ceremonies and align sprint work with business objectives
Compensation:
$55/hr to $65/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong understanding of core BA fundamentals (requirements, use cases, stakeholder management)
• Experience writing clear, detailed use cases
• Hands on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and attending all Scrum ceremonies
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience
• Experience supporting SaaS products, especially data quality or data management tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Experience acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams
• Comfort working closely with users; user focused mindset
• Ability to manage ambiguity and provide clear direction and answers
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMI-PBA certification
• Experience supporting enterprise media systems or metadata platforms
• Strong background in information governance and business process engineering
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
• Exposure to large-scale enterprise system implementations
