Job Description
We are seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure the successful execution of commercial roofing projects. This position is essential to maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery across NC, VA, DC, and MD.
• Coordinate daily roofing crew schedules and dispatch.
• Communicate production goals, timelines, and expectations to field teams.
• Oversee all on‑site construction activities and workforce performance.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to maintain schedule.
• Maintain clear client communication throughout each project.
• Represent NECC in meetings with owners, architects, consultants, and partners.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills
• Proficiency with computer applications related to reporting and coordination
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites
