Job Description
Provide technical leadership and systems engineering expertise supporting NSG/ASG and federal partners. This role supports the full systems engineering lifecycle for complex GEOINT capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and support requirements engineering, architecture development, integration, testing, and lifecycle analysis.
-Translate mission and user needs into system requirements and technical solutions.
-Analyze requirements traceability across architectures, workflows, and operations.
-Advise on cloud services, system performance, interoperability, and modernization.
-Support systems integration, acquisition programs, and engineering assessments
-Provide technical recommendations, risk management, and strategic engineering guidance.
-Coordinate engineering efforts across programs and mentor systems engineering teams.
-Support project management milestones and identify automation and process improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related STEM field
-10+ years of systems engineering or systems integration experience supporting government or industry programs
-Prior NGA experience
-Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle (requirements, architecture, integration, testing, sustainment)
-Familiarity with DoD or IC acquisition, requirements, or PPBES processes
-Experience supporting large, complex system‑of‑systems in cloud, on‑prem, or hybrid environments
-Proven ability to collaborate across organizations and work with government stakeholders
