Job Description
Seeking a Web Developer to support a mission‑critical, web‑based application. This role is responsible for application maintenance and enhancements, cybersecurity compliance, user support, and system documentation. The developer will work closely with system owners and stakeholders to ensure the application remains secure, reliable, and aligned with evolving requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience developing and maintaining production web applications, including front‑end and database back‑end components
Technical experience with .NET, C#, and SQL
Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements, including STIGs and RMF
Experience implementing system updates, configuration changes, and supporting formal change management processes
Ability to provide Help Desk support (account management, password resets, troubleshooting)
Experience creating and maintaining technical and user documentation
Familiarity with task or workflow tracking tools
Ability to support continuity of operations (COOP) and knowledge‑transfer activities
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one
Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Prior Marine Corps service or experience supporting Marine Corps organizations
Familiarity with MCICOM, HQMC, or installation‑level logistics operations
Background supporting logistics, supply, or financial management applications
Experience supporting configuration control boards
Experience supporting systems with a large user base (200+ users)
