Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Proposal Manager to support a DOD client of ours. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the development of complex proposals in response to U.S. government solicitations. The Proposal Manager should be experienced across all phases of proposal development and have the demonstrated ability to work in cross-organizational teams to produce high-quality solutions and highly rated proposals.

Required Skills & Experience

A Bachelor's degree plus 8 years or Masters degree plus 6 years of experience is required (a High School Diploma or GED plus 20 years of experience, an Associates Degree plus 10 years may be substituted).
Federal Government/DOD proposal management experience
Evidence of a successful track record of managing high quality, high scoring proposals ($50M+)
Evidence of a successful track record of managing high quality, high scoring proposals, particularly services/solutions focused
Ability to work closely and successfully with company management, account and capture managers, technical SMEs, contracts and pricing leads, and other relevant stakeholders
Strong understanding of Shipley process

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Formal proposal training and/or certifications (e.g., APMP) strongly preferred
