Our client is seeking an Office Assistant to run their front desk operations and support executives in their Alexandria, VA office. This is a fully on-site, 8-5pm role. The Office Assistant will be responsible for:
- Greeting and badging guests
- Answering phones and email correspondence
- Inbound and outbound mail/packages
- Conference room set up and meeting preparation
- Event planning and organization
- Calendar management
- Travel arrangements for executives (2)
- Fleet management
- Meeting preparation for executives (printing materials)

- 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Clearable for a Public Trust
- Experience with Sharepoint and Teams
