Description
Current project technologies include legacy Java, JSP, native Javascript, scriplet code built in Eclipse with a MS SQL server backend and GIT for the code repository.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive testing of current and future software applications and modules, ensuring high-quality delivery for our customers.
• Develop clear, thorough, and well-structured test cases based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, applying strong knowledge of software engineering principles.
• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple environments. Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes, and document results with precision and clarity.
• Log defects in Azure DevOps (ADO) with detailed reproduction steps, expected vs. actual outcomes, and supporting evidence. Collaborate closely with developers to drive timely resolution and maintain transparent communication.
• Take full ownership of assigned testing tasks, delivering high quality work with minimal supervision.
• Apply sound judgment and problem-solving techniques to meet objectives while working under general direction.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies—including daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives—while collaborating with team members in an Azure DevOps environment.
• Analyze customer needs, quickly learn new tools and technologies, and contribute to effective solutions both independently and within a cross functional team.
• Prepare and deliver demonstrations of newly implemented functionality to customers or stakeholders, clearly articulating changes, expected behavior, and business value while confidently addressing questions.

Required Skills & Experience
Required Skills:
• Proven ability to quickly understand and work with complex software systems, technical workflows, and application architectures.
• Strong background in structured software testing methodologies, with hands-on experience creating, executing, and documenting detailed test procedures.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools, particularly Azure DevOps (ADO), for organizing test cases, tracking progress, and reporting defects.
Required Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 Years of Experience
• Active Secret or TS clearance is required for this position.
Pay 40-55h
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
