Job Description
A client is seeking to onboard an IT Support Specialist for a six-month contract-to-hire role, with the expectation of working five days a week. The position is with a leading infrastructure construction and engineering firm in North America, known for its expertise in designing and building critical infrastructure such as highways, bridges, rail systems, dams, aviation facilities, and water management projects. The selected individual will be responsible for providing remote support to approximately 150 employees and desk-side support to around 40 in-office staff. Key responsibilities include user setups, password resets, Active Directory management, printer support, Azure administration, and assistance with onboarding processes. All support inquiries will be managed through the company’s internal proprietary system. They are looking for someone who wants to grow in their career. Pay range is $28-32 an hour.

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in IT support
Hands-on experience using ticketing systems to manage support requests
Demonstrated success in previous IT support roles
Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and printer management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to work independently and handle multiple support issues simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience supporting Telecom vendors
