Job Description
A client is seeking a Remote Strategic Client Manager. This person will be the single point of contact for all MSP and VMS needs. The Strategic Client Manager will work closely with the sales team as well as operations, payroll, billing, and HR. This SCM will be tasked with growing existing MSP and VMS client relationships, generate new MSP and VMS client relationships, and improve the quality and quantity of staffing placements across new and existing accounts. The role is responsible for the setup and ongoing maintenance of all MSP and VMS files within the LaborEdge platform, including updating and managing assigned client information such as contacts, contracts, staffing needs, and other administrative inputs. This position requires excellent, timely communication and customer service with assigned MSP and VMS clients across multiple channels, including text, phone, email, video, and in-person interactions when possible. Responsibilities include generating new MSP and VMS client relationships to grow healthcare contract and permanent job opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, engaging, and contracting, as well as creating and presenting client service reviews.

3-5+ years of experience within Healthcare/Nursing Recruiting/Staffing
Experience with VMS Software
Experience working with MSPs
