Insight Global is seeking a REMOTE Account Executive for a permanent opportunity. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business development and expanding client relationships within the healthcare space. This role focuses on prospecting, securing staffing contracts, and serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders to ensure their workforce needs are met.
This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys winning new business, and excels at building long-term partnerships.

This role is measured by clearly defined activity and revenue-based KPIs, including:
Annual Targets
Revenue: $3.125M (Stretch: $4.0M)
New Clients: 25 (Stretch: 32)
Outreach Calls: 3,320
First-Time Meetings: 333
Qualified Meetings: 132
Site Visits: 20
Monthly / Weekly Benchmarks
275+ outreach calls per month (70–80 weekly)
2–3 new clients per month
Consistent progress toward revenue and meeting targets
Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
Commission: Uncapped; paid monthly
On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$160K+
Top performers exceed $220K+ annually
Commission Model:
5–7% of net profit (VMS-focused accounts)
Direct placements compensated based on hours worked + profit
Bonuses for signed contracts

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of healthcare sales experience (healthcare staffing strongly preferred)
Proven success selling to C-level executives and senior healthcare leaders
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Creative problem-solver with a consultative sales approach
Existing book of business preferred
