Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Process Integration Engineer with deep expertise in power semiconductor devices (SCRs, IGBTs, etc.) to lead development and integration efforts for high-voltage technologies. This role will focus on process development within the Furnace or Ion Implant areas, contributing to device fabrication and technology ramp-up at our 200mm facility.

You will play a key role in defining experiments, optimizing process flows, and driving projects from concept to qualification, collaborating with TCAD engineers, fab teams, and suppliers to deliver production-ready power devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development, optimization, and qualification of high-voltage power devices.

Oversee process integration within Furnace and Ion Implant areas, ensuring stability and yield improvements.

Work with TCAD to fine-tune design and process parameters.

Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.

Partner with fab engineers to ensure optimal tooling and process capability.

Drive project timelines, supplier engagements, and customer alignment.

Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.

10+ years of industry experience in power semiconductor R&D.

Expertise in discrete power device process integration (SCRs, IGBTs, MOSFETs).

Hands-on experience with Furnace and Ion Implant processing techniques.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Fluent in English (written & verbal).

Ability to work 100% onsite in Burlington, VT (up to 10% travel).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
Background in device simulation, characterization, and qualification.

Prior leadership experience managing device/process development projects.

Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Proven track record of innovation (patents, publications).
