Drive quality improvements through root cause analysis, SPC, defect reduction, and continuous improvement efforts.
Act as the primary contact for customer quality concerns, coordinating investigations, corrective actions, and communication.
Lead internal and external audits, including upcoming AS9100 certification activities.
Partner with Operations and Engineering to ensure process compliance, product quality, and successful implementation of quality initiatives.
Support key projects including Zero Defects implementation, quality systems improvements, SPC expansion, and deployment of automated visual inspection technology.
