Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Specialists for a 3-6 month contract on site in the West Valley, UT area. You'll be responsible to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints through communication across various channels (phone, digital, email). You'll maintain accurate customer account records and document all interactions, inquiries, and complaints. Some of the back-office responsibilities may include, payment processing, mail processing, documentation retention, bankruptcy processing, or E-Oscar disputes. You'll need to be comfortable adapting quickly on a day to day. A background in credit card, banking, or financial services is required.
