Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared R&D Program Manager to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will support the Advanced Planning Division, which is responsible for planning, managing, and establishing future acquisition programs for systems and components required for prospective ICBM upgrades. They will contribute to the advancement of ICBM weapon systems by leveraging their expertise in program management, serving as both a liaison and action officer to facilitate collaboration between the Advanced Planning Division, the prime contractor, technical engineers, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple third parties on behalf of the customer, specifically related to Future Test Capabilities, as new technologies and capabilities are identified and developed.

10+ years of DoD Program Management experience in the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)
- Direct Program Manager experience within Missile Defense, Test, or Research and Development
- Experience with Operational or Developmental Testing (OT&E or DT&E)
- Proactive communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams with varying clearance levels
- DoD Acquisition Program Management experience (DAU, DAWIA Certifications, etc.)
- Bachelors degree
- Active Secret Clearance + TSSCI and SAP eligible

Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT)
