An institutional banking client is looking for an Analyst to join the Client Configuration and Optimization team within FICC and Equities Operations. This main responsibility of this team is to work engineer, operations, trading and client services teams in equities to optimize client configuration and client set up. They find solutions internally to ensure the flow of data and processes is the most efficient and seamless experience for their clients. This team supports the Operations teams that provide client onboarding support, post-trade transaction services and post-trade portfolio services. This person will be looking through data or various system processes and making sure the clients are configured correctly and efficiently. This will require them to look at problems and perform root cause analysis.
Responsibilities will include:
- Planning and ensuring delivery for strategic projects
- Escalating and mitigating execution risks/issues to minimize impacts to the projects
- Leveraging technology and tools to streamline processes
- Tap into your investigative skills to find answers to client issues and solutions for problems that arise daily and socialize opportunities for improvements
- Investigate straight through processing rates to identify solutions, and escalate issues as they arise
- Analyze and improve processes and procedures with an eye for reducing risk and eliminating
repetitive effort
- Help influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes
