Insight Global is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst 1 to join one of their top federal clients on a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be joining the Information Services team and will be supporting the Mission of Strategic Deterrence through continuous improvements and innovation. Some of your responsibilities would include:
- Address technical issues within a call center/help desk setting
- Collaborate with both internal and external users and organizations to meet customer user-level needs, including resolving support requests and exploring advanced technologies
- Handle access requests for user accounts and other desktop support tasks
- Utilize automated tools and scripts to enhance efficiency and precision whenever possible
- Offer technical support, training, and system documentation to users to ensure smooth application operation
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned

- 3-7+ years of experience in a IT/technical environment
- Experience must be in some type of call center or helpdesk environment (taking inbound calls)
- Bachelors degree in an IT or Technical field
- Experience working on a Service Desk or Help Desk team, with demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Tier 1 troubleshooting experience
