Job Description

Real Estate SDR (Hourly + Commission)

Location: Park City, UT (Remote + Sitting in Park City or Salt Lake County )

Status: Full-time, C2H

Insight Global is seeking a proactive and highly organized Real Estate Sales Coordinator to support our short-term rental property management team. This role is primarily hourly-paid, with commission opportunities for securing new property management clients. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and eager to help grow our business through strategic outreach and on-the-ground engagement.

This hybrid role includes remote administrative work, in-person client outreach across the Park City area, and occasional on-site responsibilities at our managed rental units.

Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and secure new short-term rental property management clients through:

Visiting real estate offices, networking events, and local businesses

Distributing flyers, marketing materials, and service information

Building relationships with agents, investors, and property owners

Support local operations of our managed properties with occasional:

Property inspections and check-ins

Vendor coordination (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.)

Inventory reviews and light oversight of property condition

Update and manage rental pricing and availability in line with market demand

Assist with marketing efforts, including basic social media and digital ad coordination

Respond to guest or vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, and special projects

Required Skills & Experience

What Were Looking For:

Though this is remote, MUST live in Park city or SLC

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with a strong interest in real estate and hospitality

Comfortable working independently and traveling locally for outreach

Basic knowledge of short-term rentals or willingness to learn

Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:
· General office work expected including prolonged periods sitting at a computer, standing and carrying up to 50 lbs.
