Responsibilities:
Creates and drives competitive product strategies
Working with contractors to ensure job is completed in timely manner and correctly
Evaluates Project performance against strategic objectives and makes adjustments as needed
Works closely with Interior designers and construction administrator
Travel to Job sites & attend carious Construction Meetings
Owns Project and operates with little supervision
Manages relationship with internal vendors
Day to Day:
One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a construction project manager to come join their team. The responsibilities of this individual will vary depending on the project phase. They will include managing project updates, reviewing documentation, coordinating with internal vendors, and submitting schedules. Additionally - they will attend construction meetings, meet with architects, participate in building design discussions, and travel to job sites both in-state and out-of-state. The ideal candidate is someone who has great communication skills has a background in construction and is organized and self-motivated.

5-8 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Familiar with scheduling and project management software and processes
Experience reading CAD drawings and Project plans
Strong construction knowledge
Bachelors degree in construction management or related fields
Experience working in a financial institutions
