Job Description

One of Insight Global's higher education clients is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to join their team and support large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives. These professionals will lead efforts through the discovery phase, gather requirements from business stakeholders and academic leaders, and develop actionable, realistic project plans. Each Project Manager will serve as a central communication link between departments, ensuring consistent updates across all assigned projects. This includes tracking milestones, reporting risks, and identifying any issues that could impact timelines or deliverables. In addition to their primary responsibilities, candidates may also be asked to support adjacent programs based on organizational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

68+ years of experience in technical project management

Proven experience managing projects with complex compliance or regulatory requirements

Background in leading large-scale initiatives with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments

Collaborative experience with data management or software development teams

Confidence in presenting to and working with senior-level stakeholders, including C-Suite, VPs, and SVPs

Expertise across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure

Skilled in identifying and communicating risks, issues, and changes affecting scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones

Proficiency with project management tools and platforms such as Smartsheet, Excel, Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable software

PMP certification

Bachelors degree in a relevant field

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in higher education, educational program design, or working with Department of Education regulatory initiatives

Masters degree in a relevant field

Experience supporting projects in the 360Learner platform
