Job Description
Overview: One of our higher education clients in the Salt Lake City area is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support two school-focused marketing teams. This individual will serve as a key liaison between marketing and academic stakeholders, ensuring that campaign requests are properly scoped, assigned, and executed across multiple creative disciplines. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, is comfortable asking questions, and enjoys solving workflow challenges with a growth mindset.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Attend and host regularly scheduled meetings with school marketing teams, including standups and performance reviews
Document meeting outcomes, track progress, and ensure tasks are assigned and moving forward
Receive incoming requests via Workfront, clarify requirements, and convert them into actionable projects using appropriate workflows
Coordinate across multiple creative disciplines (design, copywriting, media, email, web) to ensure campaign components are delivered on time
Surface blockers or missing information to stakeholders and leadership, and follow up to resolve issues
Ensure campaign briefs are complete and aligned with channel owner strategies before launch
Monitor performance feedback and help coordinate response efforts for underperforming programs
Maintain awareness of asset lifecycles and ensure outdated materials are replaced or updated
Build relationships across teams by proactively learning roles and responsibilities of collaborators

Required Skills & Experience
Must-haves:
3+ years of professional experience in Project Management or related roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and curious mindset
Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines across diverse teams
Proficiency in project management software tools
Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
