Overview:
One of Insight Globals higher education clients is seeking an experienced Content Specialist to support ongoing website maintenance and content updates. This role is vital in managing a high volume of copy changes, image updates, and new page publications for program and certificate launches. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage content snippets for personalization efforts. If converted to full-time, this position will require four days of in-office work per week.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
Maintain website content through AEM 6.5, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Implement copy changes, image updates, and new page publications
Support large-scale tuition updates across a 1,000-page site
Assist in creating and testing content snippets for personalization efforts
Work collaboratively with testing teams to develop optimization strategies
Participate in additional projects requiring fast and efficient content implementation
Identify opportunities for improving website clarity and user experience
