Insight Global is seeking executive assistants with a clearance or the ability to obtain one to support high level individuals on one of the largest DoD programs active in the nation. These individuals will support a division chief and potentially their deputy as well with day to day tasks, program progress, and coordination. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment with confidence in making decisions around develping, preparing, and coordinating reports, information papers, and briefings, as well as coordinate, consolidate, analye, distribute, and monitor action items, tracking and responses. Additionally these individuals will partner with schedulers to develop and implement program schedules and plans. They will review data for process measurement, indicators for future improvements, and implement new processes and policies as needed. This involves interfacing with high level individuals so professionalism, confidence, and organization are crucial for this position. This role does sit on site at Hill AFB.

* 7+ years of professional experience as an executive/administrative assistant for high level individuals within an organization
* High level proficiency with MS Office Suite, Adobe, and other common business applications
* Proven experience prioritizing workloads effectively
* Demonstration of excellent communication/organizational skills
* Ability to obtain Secret Clearance
