Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Audio Visual Technician to join one of our largest financial clients sitting onsite 5x a week out of their Draper, UT office. They will be joining the Client Event Services group that has three key areas they are responsible for supporting. The area this person will be joining is market data privilege management that is responsible for doing market data provisioning on third party products like Bloomberg, Reuters, etc. This team is responsible for providing provisioning support to over 400 vendors. On a day to day, this person will be pushing through software, doing credential management, troubleshooting any technical issues with clients and users.

Required Skills & Experience
-2+ years of technical support experience
-Experience working with some kind of ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
-Excellent communication both verbal and written
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Knowledge of Bloomberg or Reuters for provisioning
