Insight Global is seeking a Technical Order Management Agency Support Specialist for one of their largest Aerospace & Defense Clients. Some of the tasks include:
• Coordinate and manage technical documentation requirements, updates, and distribution across digital and physical platforms
• Review and refine specifications, regulations, and data systems to support ongoing project and configuration changes
• Monitor and maintain technical databases, ensuring accuracy and advising on program modifications as needed
• Lead teams in executing documentation strategies, participating in formal reviews, and transitioning legacy data to modern formats

Required Skills & Experience
• 7 years of related professional experience
• Experience in developing and implementing TO management plans and procedures
• Experience in conducting TO reviews and audits to ensure compliance with USAF standards.
• In-depth knowledge of USAF technical order systems, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to:
o ETIMS (Enhanced Technical Information Management System) TO distribution and management processes
o Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) and their implementation
o AFMAN 21-303 (Management of Technical Orders)
o AFMAN 23-110 (USAF Supply Manual)
• Active secret clearance (with the ability to obtain Top Secret)
• Ability to sit onsite at Hill AFB
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Top Secret Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience working directly with a USAF Technical Order Management Agency (TOMA)
• Experience in developing and delivering TO training programs.
• Experience with TO data migration and conversion projects.
• Previous experience with DoD, USAF, or other military organizations
• Previous Nuclear Weapon Systems experience
