Secret Cleared Mid-Sr Atlassian Developer

Insight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Mid-Sr Atlassian Developer to join one of their top federal clients on a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be joining the Information Services team and will be supporting the Mission of Strategic Deterrence through continuous improvements and Innovation. Some of their responsibilities will be:
- Manage user access and permissions across Jira and Confluence based on team/project needs
- Configure and maintain Jira projects, workflows, schemes, and reports
- Test tool and plug-in updates for compatibility
- Collaborate with Scrum teams to define requirements and validate implementations
- Create dashboards and reports using Jira filters and custom views
- Provide training and documentation for users and admins
- Monitor application health and support issue triage and resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
- Analyze business processes and develop system requirements
- Implement and enforce system security policies

- Active Secret Clearance
- Bachelors Degree in a STEM/technical discipline
- 7-12+ years of experience in an IT/technical background
- 5-9+ years of experience supporting and customizing Atlassian tools (Jira or Confluence) to meet the needs of diverse groups of users
- Strong scripting experience within Groovy and/or JavaScript
- Proficiency in configuring, managing, and maintaining Jira instances, including user management, permissions, and workflows
- Advanced understanding of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, etc.
- Experience designing content management and data taxonomies
- Experience with troubleshooting, proactively identifying issues and driving them to resolution
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) as well as the ability to interact with team members, various levels of management, and internal clients with assorted levels of computer experience

- Active Top Secret or higher level clearance
- CompTIA Security+ or other IAT level II Certification
- Masters Degree in a technical STEM/technical discipline
- Prior experience training, coaching and working directly with end users
