Job Description:
Analysis & Gap Identification
· Analyze top-volume and high-impact paper forms to identify digitization opportunities and recommend paths to digital conversion
· Conduct gap analysis across client and operational journeys to identify friction, risk, and manual processes
· Identify and define digital use cases to address gaps in existing experiences and inform recommended paths to digitization
Prioritization & Insights
· Evaluate and support prioritization of forms based on volume, impact, complexity, and feasibility
· Generate insights to inform prioritization and sequencing decisions
· Identify dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs, and surface clear, data-driven recommendations
Process & Workflow Definition
· Develop business and process documentation, including current state and future state workflows
· Translate business needs into clear decision artifacts
· Partner with Product, UX, and Technology to ensure requirements align to target digital experiences and platform capabilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Technology, Operations, Client Experience) to support definition of user experiences and requirements for digital web form capabilities
· Support intake and readiness of forms entering the digitization pipeline, including documentation and backlog preparation
Reporting & Tracking
· Track and report progress, risks, and outcomes through defined metrics and OKRs
· Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to support transparency and decision-making

Required Skills & Experience
· Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager supporting digital or operational initiatives.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, perform gap analysis, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
· Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Ops, Tech, UX, and Client Experience teams.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
