Job Description:
The Brand and Content Marketing Manager manages all aspects of content marketing, product management, social media presence and website updates for the company. In addition, this role leverages a high degree of subject matter expertise to create, design and update content to elevate the company’s brand identity and storytelling through various formats. This position analyzes brand and product trends in the marketplace and develops opportunities to promote products and brands to potential customers. Ensures product and brand initiatives support the organization's public image. This role will play a crucial role in integrating our cutting-edge technology developments with our new Bitcoin treasury strategy into our broader marketing and messaging objectives.

Functions:
• Design and manage specific marketing campaigns that use created content to drive business objectives, like lead generation or sales
• Develop and refine the company’s brand voice, messaging and overall strategy across on all stakeholders
• Design and oversee a content strategy and production of content that aligns with brand’s goals and objectives across existing and new product verticals
• Analyzes brand performance, brand competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develops strategies for assigned brand based on research and analysis
• Determine the most effective channels and methods to distribute and promote content
• Organize & plan conferences, trade show, and company open house events
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales, engineering and operations, investor relations to ensure brand consistency and leverage content for various business objectives

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
5-7 years of relative experience building brands/marketing campaigns, managing websites, etc.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
- Graphic design experience
○ Adobe Photoshop

- Brand creation/launch
- Website experience (manage/create/maintain)
○ Search engine optimization
○ *NOTE: they have a third party company that currently manages their website*
- Event management
○ Running/design/organization
