Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a skilled customer service specialist to join their food distribution client in Waller, Texas. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining local and regional customer relationships across a wide array of industries. Candidates that will be successful in this role will have strong communication skills over the phone, and will ensure accuracy of physical and digital products when performing data entry duties.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of B2B customer service experience.
- Experience within a distribution, manufacturing, or educational environment.
- An understanding of minor billing and sales principles.
- Experience with some type of customer tracking system (CRM tools, Excel, ect.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of Purchase orders and bidding processes
- Experience preparing and reviewing customer invoices
