The Performance Marketing Supervisor (SEO) is a subject matter expert level position that is responsible for supervising SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy, in an effort to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also work with SEM campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other sites in order to optimize Return on Investment. This role will inform and enable ecommerce strategies by conducting analysis to evaluate a variety of ecommerce programs. The position will help support ecommerce, marketing and merchant stakeholders to optimize of their efforts by developing and communicating insightful and actionable plans for customer acquisition and growth online. Reporting to the CMO, this position will be responsible for partnering closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Operations to support performance, growth and the overall customer experience. The ability to work across multiple departments, developing and executing sustained growth of Ecommerce is key to success. This role has a strong focus on the customer experience and is a partnership, internally and externally to Cavenders.
