Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an Oil and Gas client located in Texas. This is a hybrid role within the HR and Talent Acquisition department and will be providing administrative and analytical support to the Talent Acquisition Team. Supports with post offer and onboarding activities such as background screenings, drug screenings, DOT compliance, and medical physicals. This person should be able to coordinate job postings, and communicate to customers, candidates, and internal/external stakeholders. This person will work alongside four team members and will regularly interact with the recruitment team. This a hybrid schedule and will be onsite Tuesday - Thursdays.

Required Skills & Experience

Highschool Diploma or GED
1-2 years of experience in recruiting or Human Resources

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Some college or Degree
Knowledge of OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs)
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using Workday
Experience with Drug and Alcohol programs and/or background programs
