Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in Beaumont TX or Jackson MS. The Projects Manager is responsible for promoting and ensuring safety in all project aspects, defining project structure, and assigning skilled team members. This position manages contracts, approves requisitions, and acts as the contract manager. The role involves leading the project team to develop and execute plans in compliance with corporate standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring contractor performance. This role will maintain project documentation, provide status reports, and incorporate lessons learned. Additionally, they mentor other project managers and team members and are available for additional duties during emergencies.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in power generation

- 7+ years of experience managing large capital projects (>$100M)

- Extensive experience in contract management with EPC/subcontractors, contractual compliance and negotiations, and managing change orders, requisitions, invoice processing, etc.

- Extensive experience developing and maintaining project execution plans (PEP) and preparing/presenting project status reports to stakeholders

- History of active safety involvement, participation, and strong desire for a safer workplace

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-PMP certified

- Advanced degree
