Job Description
An employer in the The Woodlands, TX area is seeking a Business Analyst to support a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementation, with a strong emphasis on reporting, data validation, and financial cleanup activities. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and PMO leadership to drive reporting requirements, validate data accuracy, and ensure reporting outputs align with legacy systems and business expectations. The Business Analyst will be hands-on throughout the reporting lifecycle — from requirements and specification development through testing, validation, defect tracking, and final business sign‑off.
This is a contract opportunity paying $75.00 hour with the possibility to convert permanent after 1 year.

Required Skills & Experience
3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within enterprise IT or ERP programs
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) implementations
Strong background in reporting requirements, data validation, and UAT/testing activities
Experience working with financial or GL-related data
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, defects, and tracking
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear, actionable specifications
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with JDE, Hubble, and/or Power BI reporting
Background in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting-focused environments
