Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst to support one of our largest utilities clients in North Houston. This individual will play a key role in helping transition newly implemented processes from a project team into day-to-day operations by learning the current workflows, mapping out processes, and creating clear, organized documentation. They will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand how work is being performed, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and support ongoing operations through process clarification, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to quickly learn new concepts while working both independently and collaboratively across teams. The pay rate for this position will be between $42-46/hr, and this person can sit in The Woodlands, New Orleans, or Jackson.

Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
Experience with process mapping (documenting step-by-step workflows)
Strong documentation skills (SOPs, workflows, requirements, etc.)
Ability to gather requirements and talk to stakeholders clearly
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to learn new processes quickly and ramp without heavy oversight
Comfortable working independently and taking direction
