Job Description
A construction and construction materials company is seeking an AI Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their IT Delivery team. This resource will be responsible for managing multiple projects relating to a new AI program within the company. Projects will likely pertain to company efficiencies utilizing AI, order fulfillment, and process improvement initiatives. This role will be heavily involved in continuous development of their Agile environment, budget creation and detailed tracking of projects, and stakeholder engagement relating to AI initiatives. This role can sit primarily remote with occasional onsite visits in the Woodlands, TX, but would be preferred for them to sit in the Houston, TX area.
This role is paying between 65-70/hr. depending on experience and education.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Project Management/Scrum Master experience - ideally with recent AI project experience
Strong budgeting and forecasting experience from a Project Management perspective (i.e. creating and justifying project budgets, tracking burn down, ensuring projects stay within budget constraints, cost allocation, etc.)
Strong experience with Agile methodology and Scrum Master fundamentals
At least 1+ Scrum or PM Certification (i.e. PMP, ASCM, CSM, etc.)
Experience working with or managing a Product Team
Experience with PM tracking tools such as: ADO, MS Project, or Visio
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience standing up an AI program or initiative
Experience in construction industry
