Job Description:
This position will be directly involved in hands-on construction activities, ensuring that projects are built according to plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role requires practical construction skills, attentions to details, and the ability to work effectively with a team on site. Also, this role involves coordinating with construction processes, monitoring compliance with safety and quality regulations, and implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
Keys responsibilities include:
- Construction execution and oversight- Review and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide on site activities
- Quality control- implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure construction work adheres to industry standards and project specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field
- 1-2 years of experience with quality control process
- Must be able to pass a lifetime background check

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plus:
- Experience within commercial piping installations, repairs, maintenance
- OSHA 10 at least
