Job Description

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead global, supply chain–centric initiatives across distribution, warehousing, inventory management, and partner operations. This role will play a key part in a multi‑year transformation focused on optimizing physical flows, systems, and operating models across internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end‑to‑end supply chain projects across global distribution offices, with a focus on inventory management, material flows, and warehousing/distribution connectivity.
• Manage multi‑year transformation initiatives, including transitioning business between partners, shifting outsourced activities to in‑house operations, and redesigning physical and system workflows.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with external partners and internal operations, planning, and customer support teams, managing interdependencies and operational impact.
• Oversee spare parts supply chain projects, including inventory positioning, finished‑goods readiness, procurement planning, and fulfillment to customers.
• Support repair and refurbishment supply chain operations tied to manufacturing facilities, ensuring efficient material planning and return flows.
• Lead and support the implementation of supply chain ERP solutions, including SAP S/4HANA service processes such as Invoice‑to‑Return (ITR).
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Supply Chain or Operations Project Manager (mid‑level).

Hands‑on experience in forward and/or reverse supply chain environments.

Strong background in inventory, order management, planning, and partner engagement.

Experience supporting customer‑facing supply chain or service supply chain operations.

Proven involvement in supply chain ERP implementations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across global teams and partners.
