Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an HR Recruiter for an Oil and Gas client located in Midland, Texas. This is a hybrid role within the HR and Talent Acquisition department, with 3 days working onsite and 2 days working from home. This person will be working alongside three other recruiters and reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, and this person will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate should be able to actively and passively identify top high-performing talent and have an ability to attract that talent to the organization. This will be a full cycle corporate recruiting position.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related.
6-8 years of full cycle corporate recruiting
Experience with screening, evaluating, scheduling, and interviewing candidates
Applicant Tracking Systems experience (Workday Preferred).
Knowledge of third-party recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and more.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System
Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and employment laws
