Insight Global is looking for a Project/Program Manager to work onsite at their client in Spring, Texas. This person will be responsible for the following:
Support the coordination and management of multiple workstreams to ensure alignment with overall program goals.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Utilize project management tools to track the progress of workstreams, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time updates on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders, including executive summaries, status reports, and performance metrics.
Develop and maintain an executive dashboard to provide clear and concise information to executives
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
This role will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break), and excludes federal holidays.
Compensation: $45.00-55.00/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education.

8+ years of experience in a Project/Program Manager role (IT, R&D, or Quality related field), as well as in a cross-functional environment
Strong experience with software and hardware, preferably with PCs
Project Management tools experience (Ex. Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
Strong communication (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate with multiple audiences (executives, internal/external stakeholders)
