Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Costa Rica or the Americas. The Project Manager will be joining the supply chain transformation team and will be responsible for leading and managing supply chain projects following an upgrade and deployment of SAP S/4. They will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects ensuring they meet business requirements and objectives. The Project Manager will manage cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables and will be responsible for communicating project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management. They will be responsible for identifying and mitigating project risks, coordinating testing activities, and driving deliverables to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline and budget.

10-15 years of project management experience

Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices

Proven experience leading projects around an SAP S/4 deployment

Proficiency in SAP S/4 and related SAP modules

Test rails experience

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
