The Project Controls Analyst will be on the Capital PMO Team and support the cost control efforts for facilities/construction projects in West Texas. The Project Controls Analyst will work independently and perform all project controls required throughout the entire project life cycle. Daily responsibilities include:
Creation of Project and Program cost reports, capturing the portfolio for supported Project Managers
Reviewing monthly exceptions and errors in the SAP, Prism, or EPM integration process
Create and manage budgets to monitor spending and develop consolidated baseline schedules which support the project execution team
Track incurred and forecasted cost vs authorized funding and identify needed supplements, as necessary
Create, maintain, and distribute routine bi-weekly and monthly reports associated with all assigned construction project expenses

5-10 years of experience supporting cost control efforts throughout all phases of the capital projects engineering and construction project lifecycle
Experience working with accrual calculations and building forecasts for projects
Experience managing multiple projects at once
