A global chemical manufacturing company is seeking 2 IT Project Managers to join their PMO team. These PMs will be responsible for managing a variety of projects, likely between 4-6 projects at a time relating to IT Infrastructure, Network, and Systems. Projects could involve a global network device replacement effort for around 20 plants, including but not limited to: router/switch upgrades, wireless access points, server and storage replacement, and VMWare and Windows server upgrades. The Project Managers will be required to work with the organization's 3rd party IT vendor to execute on technical tasks, liaise with application and hardware owners, site personnel at the plants, and 3rd party technology vendors to successfully complete these projects. These roles will be required to work onsite 4 days each week in the Spring/Woodlands, TX area (M - Th), with Fridays being remote.
This role is paying between 60 - 80/hr. depending on experience and education.

5-10+ years of IT Project Management experience, both focused in hardware and software projects (open to mid-level to senior)
Experience managing projects related to: network upgrades (routers/switches, wireless access points, etc.), server/storage upgrades, and software upgrades
Experience working with 3rd party service providers and vendors to execute on technology upgrades/technical tasks
Experience managing global projects from end to end
Strong financial skills relating to budget tracking/forecasting, milestones, burndown, etc.
PMP or related certification (must understand CapEx vs OpEx)
Experience managing multiple projects at a time with high attention to detail, organization, and excellent communication across multiple lines of business
OT / Plant Infrastructure experience
