Our client is currently seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Bangalore, India. The Program Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of API deployment programs while leveraging Agile methodologies to drive efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. They will be responsible for defining program scope, goals and objectives as well as creating and maintaining program backlogs, release plans, and sprint schedules. It will be their responsibility to prioritize solutions and define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the success of API deployment programs and Agile initiatives. They will engage with key stakeholders across IT and compliance to gather requirements, align expectations, mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory governance in the finance sector.

- 3-5+ years of project & program management experience
- Experience managing diverse projects
- Experience with Agile project management tools and software (Jira, AgileCraft, Rally)
- Experience with API deployment & API integration technologies
- Bachelors degree
- Finance acumen or experience working on financial projects
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
