Job Description

An employer in Spring, Tx is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. He or she will be responsible for supporting 3 Directors (calendars, travel), coordinating small events and logistics for those events, purchasing for the department and reconciliation around PO's, shipping or products and any other tasks needed. The EA should have strong experience in Microsoft applications, such as outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint and needs to be highly organized and creative. This role is onsite 4 days a week with remote day being Friday unless business need requires onsite. Pay ranges from $30 - $36/hr depending on experience and feedback from client.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years Executive Admin experience managing multiple directors

Ability to work with multiple calendars and coordination as possible

Microsoft Office suite proficiency

Experience with PO's, purchase card usage and various purchasing and shipping

Ability to coordinate small events

Strong energy and able to work with multiple people
