Job Description
Overview: Insight Global is seeking a senior-level Change Management Consultant to support a large, high-impact Value Chain Optimization transformation effort at our Oil & Gas client. This consultant will partner with VCO functional leads, project managers, IT, business stakeholders, and communications teams to drive adoption of new planning processes, forecasting models, ways of working, and related operational changes across the organization.
Primary Project Areas: Short- and mid-term planning, near-term planning, global blend planning, lost profit opportunity enhancements, short-term forecasting and backcasting, process integration changes, auto reconciliation, logistics scheduling, refinery scheduling, truck optimization, Brown Water initiatives, Value Chain Blending, and the introduction of pAIge, the Planning AI Guide and Evaluator.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead organizational change management activities across assigned VCO transformation initiatives.
• Build and maintain OCM plans, stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, communications plans, change network plans, training support materials, and adoption deliverables.
• Develop executive-ready communications, PowerPoint materials, change updates, Viva Engage content, SharePoint materials, surveys, and project kickoff content.
• Partner with functional leads, project managers, change agents, business leaders, and IT stakeholders to manage timelines, confirm change impacts, and support adoption.
• Facilitate focus groups, lookbacks, workshops, manager notifications, and change network activities.
• Support process and ways-of-working changes tied to the new forecasting model and related downstream impacts.
• Monitor upcoming activities, dependencies, risks, and communications needs across multiple concurrent workstreams.

Required Skills & Experience
- Prosci Change Management certification and/or CCMP (Certified Change Manager Professional) certification
- 15+ years of change management experience supporting large business or technology transformation initiatives specifically within the Oil and Gas industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, meetings, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder groups at once.
- Executive-level communication skills, including strong PowerPoint, written communications, and leadership messaging experience.
- Experience building OCM plans, change impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications plans, training plans, adoption plans, and readiness materials.
- Ability to work with functional business leaders, project managers, IT teams, and change agents in a complex enterprise environment.
- Commercial, planning, supply chain, refining, logistics, or forecasting exposure is required
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting oil and gas, refining, supply chain planning, commercial planning, or value chain optimization environments.
• Exposure to Kinaxis Maestro or similar planning, forecasting, or supply chain decisioning tools.
• Experience supporting change networks, change agent models, Viva Engage communications, SharePoint sites, surveys, focus groups, and business readiness activities.
• Familiarity with Agile project environments.
