Job Description
Seeking a collaborative UX Designer to join our client's Personalization team. You’ll help shape members’ financial wellness journey by designing experiences that predict, personalize, and guide them toward their goals. Work closely with program and design teams to deliver tailored financial information and recommendations.
What You Will Do:
Design Member-Centric Experiences: Create end-to-end experiences for personalization initiatives, including process status, task resumption, alerts, and recommendations.
Advance Financial Wellness: Innovate and evolve their financial wellness hub using data and insights.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, engineering, and research to translate needs into intuitive designs; participate in design critiques.
Research & Insights: Support human-centered research and synthesize findings into actionable design concepts.
Think Systemically & Iteratively: Balance holistic vision with incremental delivery.
Leverage Design Systems: Use Figma to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes aligned with their design system.
Communicate Clearly: Present design rationale and identify dependencies and risks.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to risk and compliance standards in all design activities.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of product or UX design experience designing and delivering digital experiences for web and native applications
• Ability to provide a portfolio with examples of impactful designs for iOS, Android, and web apps
• Hands-on experience with design systems like Figma, Adobe XD, Lucidchart, Sketch, etc.
• Experience utilizing virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and digital whiteboards
• Experienced in qualitative user research (e.g., interviews, moderated usability testing) and iterative prototyping/testing (wireframes, MVPs)
• A solid understanding of current technologies, best practices in website navigation, browser behaviors, mobile patterns, information architecture, and usability principles
• Proven ability to use Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and Agile methodologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Design research with unmoderated testing.
