Job Description
- Provide program management support to the Program Management Office (PMO) for a cryptographic/secure communications-focused program, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and DoD priorities
- Apply knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process and DoD Acquisition Lifecycle (DoD 5000 series) to support program planning, execution, and oversight activities
- Advise stakeholders on the development and refinement of key acquisition documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with DoD standards
- Support the creation, review, and maintenance of acquisition artifacts, including Acquisition Strategy Plans, Lifecycle Management Plans, Program Protection Plans, and related documentation
- Maintain situational awareness of program status, risks, dependencies, and resourcing needs; communicate updates and recommendations to division leadership and government stakeholders
- Assist in integrating cybersecurity and cryptographic requirements into program planning, ensuring compliance with security and protection standards
- Coordinate across technical, engineering, cybersecurity, and operational teams to support program execution and resolve cross-functional challenges
- Track program milestones, deliverables, and action items, ensuring timelines and objectives are met within scope and budget
- Write, review, and validate program deliverables, technical requirements, and documentation prior to distribution to field units or external stakeholders
- Support Agile program execution by working within tools such as Jira and Confluence to track work, manage backlogs, and maintain documentation
- Provide general program management expertise, including risk management, schedule coordination, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking
- Serve as a key interface between the PMO, government customers, and mission partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels

Required Skills & Experience
-Active Top-Secret SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
-Bachelor’s degree
-5+ years of experience in Program Management supporting cyber infrastructure
-Experience supporting the DOD Acquisition Lifecycle through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Process
-Strong understanding of DOD 5000 Series
-Ability to work with a team in an Agile environment utilizing Jira and/or Confluence
-Strong communications skills and comfortability interfacing with government customers
