Job Description
A Texas based Credit Union is seeking Field Teller Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale branch technology refresh across their 70+ U.S. locations, including branches in Texas, Utah, and Colorado. This is a short-term weekend contract engagement where technicians will travel to assigned branch locations on Saturdays to uninstall existing teller equipment and install new teller hardware, ensuring branches are fully operational by Monday morning. The ideal candidate is a reliable, hands-on tech who can work independently, follow structured deployment procedures, and complete tasks efficiently within a defined 4-hour window.

Required Skills & Experience
• Uninstall existing teller equipment at assigned branch locations
• Install new teller hardware, including running USB cables underneath the teller line and connecting devices
• Package and set aside decommissioned equipment for return to client's operations campus for redeployment
• Complete all assigned work within a 4-hour Saturday window per branch
• Follow structured deployment checklists and procedures provided by the clients implementation team
• Coordinate with the client program/project manager for any on-site questions or escalations
Maintain professionalism and reliability across all assigned branch visits
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Prior experience as a field tech, deployment tech, break/fix tech, or similar hands-on IT role
• Familiarity with teller line equipment or financial branch environments
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
